Riot City 1.3

Hello there!

As we said in Twitter, we'll be uploading patches of Riot City every Friday from now on. This week's patch has delayed a few houres due to personal issues, but we'll try to make it in time for the next ones.

The new features in this patch are:

-Revised and improved level of difficulty all over the game. Now there is a "progression" feeling when you compare the first levels with the last ones.

-Improved cel-shading

-Gunner has been nerfed. This creep's power was way to much. Even though it was hella fragile, its attack ratio made, just a couple of those enemies, quite a big problem to deal with.

-Minor bug issues have been solved
