Riot City 1.4

Hey, Heiliant here!

In this patch we've focused on solving many optimization issues that generated an unneeded performance hit. Also we have made some changes in the levels internal structure in order to be able to update the game as quick as possible.

Now refering to the game itself, these are the futures that we've added:

-Loading Screen (just ignore Frog please)

-Roulette: It tells the player thetype of enemies that will come on the next room's round

-Riot Gear: Now the Riot Gear's shield is breakable. We hope that this change makes the gameplay more dynamic and avoids the situations were you found yourself having killed every enemy but the Riot Gears who were constantly healing each other and protecting themselves with an unbreakable shield.

-Dissolve effect: All the enemies spawn and die with this effect; making the experience more immersive.

Minor bugs have been solved.
